Pre-made items: Dispatched within 3 business days.

Personalised or made-to-order items: Please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch, as these are custom-created just for you.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the postal service. Once dispatched, most orders arrive within:

Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–8 business days

Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

Combined Orders

If you order both pre-made and personalised items together, your order will be shipped once all items are ready to go.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed over to the postal carrier, it is out of our control. If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
